Sr. Catherine has worked with a small group of parents this winter to prepare and create Christmas cakes ready for the Christmas table :)
We are indebted to her as a school for her resolve and ongoing support, which she gives unconditionally every year to our school community even during a pandemic!
Laura Byrne, Sharon Walsh, Anna Mc Carthy & Suzanne Hendricks have created masterpieces this November, working over a three week period to perfect their creations.
I was blown away by the sheer detail in the cakes as I am sure you will be too when you see the photos! Well done to all involved.
